Smallfry Helps Develop Haier’s New Range of Kitchen SDAs
Smallfry were selected by Haier to assist the development of a new range of SDAs for the kitchen, aimed at European consumers. The project followed a co-creation approach, bringing together a host of academic and industrial institutions.
Smallfry coordinated this co-creation process, applying our user-centred design expertise to ensure all teams remained aligned with Haier’s “Zero Distance to the Customer” philosophy. The project ultimately resulted in the creation of a cohesive, user-focused product range that enabled Haier to break into a brand new SDA category.
